Gostei bastante dessa combinação de uva e chocolate branco, vou repetir....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Lavei os morangos e as uvas (moscatel), deixei secar num prato forrado com papel toalha. Espetei as frutas em palitinhos. Derreti uma barra de chocolate em banho maria, dessa vez usei chocolate branco.  Mergulhei os palitinhos no chocolate e coloquei sobre um prato forrado com papel manteiga e levei a geladeira, por uns 20 mim aproximadamente, para secar o chocolate. Esse suco é colocado em uma panela onde acrescentamos pimenta e sal à gosto. Fervemos o molho para deixa-lo mais grosso, sempre mechendo bem o fundo da panela. Acrescentamos alcaparras em grande quantidade. E o molho estará pronto assim que adquirir uma consistencia de suco concentrado.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153); font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;font-size:130%;" &gt;  &lt;/span&gt; E a minha receita ficou assim:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_nWqQ9aXgwJ0/Sp38FhIP0kI/AAAAAAAAAGU/6nsZa_6lF-M/s1600-h/DSC06166%281%29.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 186px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_nWqQ9aXgwJ0/Sp38FhIP0kI/AAAAAAAAAGU/6nsZa_6lF-M/s320/DSC06166%281%29.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5376730701872747074" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;4 batatas medias (cortada em rodelas finas)&lt;br /&gt;½ quilo carne moída de primeira&lt;br /&gt;mollho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;2 cenoras&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (de café) de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 colher( de café) de pimenta do reino&lt;br /&gt;2 cebolas médias picadas&lt;br /&gt;5 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;5 berinjelas médias (cortadas em rodelas finas)&lt;br /&gt;2 folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;azeite extra-virgem&lt;br /&gt;300g de creme de leite light&lt;br /&gt;queijo parmessão ralado&lt;br /&gt;salsinha&lt;br /&gt;mussarela fatiada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparo&lt;br /&gt; No liquidificador, bater 3 conchas de mollho de tomate, cenouras, cebolas e 4 dentes de alho, canela e pimenta. Numa panela coloque o azeite (quantidade suficiente p fritar a carne) e um dente de alho fatiado e a carne moida p fritar. Estando frita,  adicionar essa mistura q vc bateu no liquidificador, juntamente com as folhas de louro e salsinha,  abaixar o fogo e deixar cozinhar por 5 min.... ai esta pronto um molho de carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Então é só montar da seguinte forma, intercalando muma travessa: primeira camada de batatas fatiadas,  outra camada molho de carne,  camada de berinjelas fatiadas, mussarela c creme de leite, batata novamente, mollho de carne, mais uma camada de berinjelas, creme de leite , mussarela e queijo ralado p gratinar. Porém antes resolvi arrumar os armários da cozinha, c isso minha receitinha teve q ser adiada...  só terminei agora e estou exausta. Coloquei no forno uma lasanha (congelada da sadia), q vou comer daqui a pouco (um bom horário p lasanha, super light...rsss). Assim q começar a ferver, acertar o sal e a pimenta do reino, abaixar o fogo e deixar cozinhar por mais dois minutos com a panela tampada. Para mim chocolate, me traz uma sensação de alegria, calma e bem estar (deve ser a serotonina). Qto mais, melhor! E um dos meus preferidos é o ao leite da Kopenhagen. Compro quase tdo dia uma barrinha. Depois leve ao fogo para cozinhar e quando o molho estiver mais grosso e vermelho coloque os temperos e azeite. É um lugar super aconchegante, ambiente descontraído e a decoração é bem colorida...   me lembra muito casa de praia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Caipirinha de manga, gengibre e raspas de limão.
